On Sunday, March 20, 2011 Fotomission and Tropicolor hosted at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden the 7th South Beach Photomarathon. Participants were be assigned six topics to photograph on South Beach over a period of five hours. The topics, Fantasy, Reality, Right, Wrong, Hard and Soft, were kept secret until the event day and were purposefully vague to give the contestants plenty of room for self-expression. The best photos from each topic have been selected, and from those the first, second and third place winners will be awarded cash and other prizes. All the entrants photos will be exhibited at the gallery during the month of May.
